 These kids are not in Connecticut and are living with their parents and maternal family. Do not fund this women in Connecticut who is using her grandchildren for financial gains. The grandmothers story is one big lie. This family has never been homeless on the streets. Both parents are in their 30's and won't work. This is one big lie. Alex and David are 8 and 10 years old a series of life events has made them homeless.5 years ago my husband badly broke his leg and was out of work for a year with zero income,then Alex was diagnosed with extreme lead poisoning 4 years ago, and we were forced to leave our family farmhouse because the lead remediation was far too costly,5 generations of my family grew up in that home,a loving place. We need help badly to keep them housed here locally so they can continue to excel as they have in school and have some sense of normalcy and stability. We are seeking to raise one year of rent so that we may all get back on our feet.
