It took over 2 year for my divorce to finalize and she agreed to thing that I didn't agree to like my x-husband doesn't have to pay back child support or any support untill the divorce was finalized and I was miss lead to believe that she was working for me and in the end she did nothing for me but put me in the hole and now I have to file bankruptcy. She never return my calls NEVER and then when she filed my divorce papers she filed them wrong (wrong child support amount and when it was going to start.) My divorce was finalized in June 19,2008 and my papers didn't even get signed by the courts until sept 3, 2008 and still till this day she has not filed for the support papers. She will not return my call and her sectary only gives her my message no return calls. I do have an appointment with her monday and I have no money to change attorney I have 2 boys who are being left out of things and my gas is shut off and I can't get any help from her. My x-husband Still is not paying child support cause she will not file papers. There is Sooooo Much that she has done to me and my kids. Please don't ever use her at all even the people at the child support agency said that she is lazy and will not be any help to you. It is sad to say that I have to go back to her and have her redo my papers so that child support can be right and now it will be held up again. I will lose everything before I get a dime from child support. Please don't use Nancy E Yakubek she is for herself and not you.................... Still broke and no help Sad!
