I live in a different state from this breeder and could not see the pet before adoption. I relied on the breeder to sell only dogs without defects or concerns because her website guarantees no defects. It futher states, no defects that could cause death to the dog.

The owner Nancy McCullough, breeds and show dogs, but told me she did not notice that this 6 months old dog, who had been sold 2x before me, had 3 impacted teeth and could not be bred for that genetic defect and also could not be bred because she was too small.

Nancy did ask if I intended to breed the dog and I did not have any immediate intentions of breeding. I did feel I had the option to change my mind. I discovered once I had the dog that breeding was never an option.

Nancy also claimed that the vet didn not notice the dogs teeth were impacted when he gave her a checkup before shipping.

I researched Google to discover that rotten teeth in a dog can damage the health significantly and lead to a painful and untimely death.

Nancy did not send the vet's report, and stopped responding to my emails so I called and I asked to be reimbursed for correcting the condition to keep my pet safe. The cost is approximately 1/3 of the price I paid Nancy to adopt this dog. Nancy cussed at me, refused to reimburse surfery amounts and sent me on my way. 

I will be pressing for my reimbursement as per her online guarantee which, in my opinion, has been breached.
