The company promises an hour-long workout that incorporates strength and abdominal exercises as well as power walking. After I paid a 4-months fee upfront and attended three weeks of classes, I discovered that sessions started late and ended early, a lot of time was spent standing around and talking, and half the time the trainer would do few other exercises besides power walking. Basically, I would pay for an hour long workout, and would receive only about 35 minutes of exercise.
When I requested a refund for the remainder of my 4-months membership, the owner was very uncooperative; after a brief e-mail exchange she stopped responding to my voice mail messages and e-mails.
I called the parent company main office, and was told that Nancy Nisenson, the owner, had to make her own decision in this matter, as they had no control over how she ran her business.
So, If you dont like paying a dollar and getting 60 cents worth, avoid the Stroller Strides of Boca Raton.

Rina Edelstein of Boca Raton's comments regarding Stroller Strides Boca Raton are unfounded and intentionally misleading.
First and foremost, Stroller Strides corporate wide has a "no-refund" policy. Class passes are of course paid for upfront just as a pair of pants would be at Bloomingdales.
My insructor has received critical and national praise for her work and has been training moms in Palm Beach County for over a decade and this is the very first complaint I have ever received.
I am told by the instructor that Rina came to class with a negative attitude, unprepared for a work-out and was completely unwilling to understand that yes, this is fitness class but it is a moms group and the social aspect of this program is equally as coveted as the work-out.
Upon receiving Rina's email regarding her complain, I did discuss it with my instructor with the option of compensating Rina perhaps even partially. After speaking to the instructor and hearing her side of the story and also hearing feedback from other class members, I decided that this was merely a case of someone deciding after paying for a service that they thought it would be more fun to make trouble, spend hours trying to file reports and tarnish the name of a company/loca franchise that other than this is making hundreds of moms in the area happy and fit.
Some people I have learned just simply cant and wont be pleased no matter what they do and Rina is clearly one of those people. How sad that with a new baby and time being so precious that she spends her days trying to take down a small business built on passion and love and providing a service to so many moms that will forever change their lives.
