I purchased the CIC Rechargeable hearing aids under buy one get the second free for $597.00. Within the first two weeks the left ear failed, so I called and got an RMA to return the device. I did not hear anything for a two week period, so I called and then they sent me the device.
Another week passes and then the device arrives! Opening the envelope and the device returned was a totally deifferent device which was not only a behind the ear model but was battery powered, and this device was never one that I ordered. Called them again and got the RMA to return this device, all the while expecting that the correct device would be sent.
Fast forward, we are several months from the original return and the device is still not in my possession! They are claiming that they have shipped and I received the devices. In the time since I returned the left ear, I have been using the right ear and that has now stopped working completely.
Naturally we are beyond their 45 day refund term. My advice to anyone seeking a hearing aid do not buy anything from Nano. The devices are cheap made in China devices that are available on Alibaba.com for $50 or less depending on the amount purchased.
