Napletons Inc buick lied to me about condition of brakes didn't even drive 300 miles and the entire brake system. went out took to get checked. was told parts were missing locked up for at least 5 or 6 hundred miles called dealer they said no warranty screw you I got it fixed I've had my kids in this car I emailed one of the Napletons and they said bring it in and we will work with you and fix problems after I was told screw you I told him I had it fixed then he backed out said it had to be done in house only the mechanic was willing to talk to them and tell them there is no way these brakes were checked properly Schaumburg Illinois

Bought car December 23 2014 asked all the questions they said brakes were good only drove300 miles tops I'm disabled Sunday the car was grinding shaking took it to get checked 1185.00 called dealer said no warranty not fixing got it fixed emailed a Napleton at dealer told him that the whole brake system was bad every piece. Pieces were missing froze up way before I bought it he told me bring it it and he will work with me and then I said I had to fix it and he backed out and said it had to be done in house and go scratch they sold a car with faulty brakes I could have killed my children or someone else warranty or not that should be illegal I'm disabled can't work have child support its not fair to get screwed and have to choose between paying bills or fixing something I shouldn't have had to so I can see my kids
