NARS COSMETICS, INC. Conducts Illegal Business Practices New York, New York

NARS Cosmetics, Inc. committed perjury by signing and submitting a form to eBay stating that I was selling counterfeit NARS products, even though my listing showed large, hi-res photos of authentic NARS products. I believe NARS is illegally preventing sales of their products by eBay sellers, even though everyone is allowed to sell legally obtained products they own. NARS is trying to force buyers to buy directly from them instead.

I obtain all of my beauty products from department stores (Macys, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Saks, etc) or specialty stores (Sephora). The items they forced eBay to remove were from Sephora and clearly new and authentic items.

I am a top-rated powerseller on eBay, and all of my customers are very happy with their beauty products. There are sellers out there who do sell fakes, but I do not.

If you are a seller who has been targeted by NARS, then you should also file a report against them here and with the FTC.

NARS is illegally preventing people from selling authentic products they own, and this should be investigated by the government. Bad business ethics. I would never pay another cent for a NARS product again.
