I initially filled out for a cash loan online in April 2011 because my family was at a down fall at the time. My bank account was already in the negative so I thought since me and my husband have a personal taxi business that it would make a good reference on receiving cash funds. But we went thru a world wind of online cash advances,those that did contact me back either wanted to much money just to get the loan or simply told me since there was no recent activities in my account that it was nothing they could do.

So at that point I began to recognize that I could not receive a loan because my checking account was and still unactive. So a month later I started receiving calls from foreign men stating that I have an affidavit against my social security number. I talk to one company and when I went to stating that I never received anything in my account they hung the phone up in my face. I called back repeatedly and got no answer,so then my husband tried a different phone line inquiring on my case and instantly they hung up again. Now just recently I received another call and this guy had me to fax my bank statement over so I did. But that wasn't the end I then have received several more calls stating the police will be at my door within an hour or two. Still no police but the threatening calls are still coming with five digit numbers calling,I just need the harassment to stop because I am not a bad person never been in the system for anything and do not tend to go either especially for no fake assumptions by these people.
