Nastydress.com I ordered 4 pair of knitted boot legging for my daughters a week before Christmas 0f 2014, paid with my visa $30.69 and here it is January 10 2015 and have yet to hear back from anyone about my order even after three email attempts to contact them. The tracking number they gave me keeps telling me that the item is not found but my order had been shipped back in December of 2014...WTH? Please help me expose these b******* for who they are. My biggest upset is that I was so looking forward to giving the items I had ordered as Christmas gifts to my girls...

The internet company Nastydress.com, after three attemps to contact them to make right this issue, will not reply back to me about my order.

I paid by visa on December 19th of 2014 for 4 pair of knitted boot leggings for my girls which was suppise to arrive befor Christmas.

Here it is January 10th of 2015 and still no responce and no order recieved. There Live Chat never works and there is no phone number available.

The tracking number for my package keeps telling me it has been shipped but cannot be found.

It's not so much as the money but these were one of two gifts that I could afford to give to my girls this years and it was heart breaking that they only had one to open on Christmas day.

These people are taking, what it seems, advantage of people in more ways than one. Please help before they do it to someone else.

Thank You.

May I hear from you soon?

Dispute the purchase with your credit card co

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 10, 2015

The best remedy is to file a dispute with your credit card company for a product you ordered and did not receive.

That will solve the immediate issue.

However, shopping on line for deals and discounts involves more than just looking at the prices. Take time to research the website first to see if it is a legitimate site or just a front for scammers or other undesireable vendors that take your funds without supplying the product.

Look up the website creation dates and locations on who is so you have a better idea of the legitimacy of the site. Look up reviews but read the reviews with caution, sometimes the phoney vendors post their own reviews to bolster sales.

Lastly, there are many, many places to purchase items in your price range in brick and morter stores or online legitimate sites. To say this was one of two items in your stated price range shows you didn't do your research properly.
