Natasha Ellington - Safeco Unresponsive rep. Does not Care about claimants. Everything is not her problem, but she doesn't know who can help. Atlanta, GA Nationwide

This representative does not respond to her email for 5+ weeks. She also goes out of the office and does not turn on an autoresponder. Even when in office, she does not respond to emails. When she does respond, it's some sort've cryptic "Hey Joe, please respond" type of message. 

Additionally, whenever you call her, she can't help with anything related to the adjustment of the vehicle. When you ask who can help, she redirects you to other people who can't help. When you ask for a supervisor, you just get voicemails. 

Finally, her tone is accusatory and derogatory at all times. 

Bottom line is, she's an excellent employee for Payday loan companies and bill collecting companies. But she will willing break state law regarding response time on insurance claims and refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. 

Natasha specializes in making things difficult to deal with.  If you ever have to deal with her, I would request to switch to a different employee.
