I am reporting this so anyone that takes the time to read this can avoid doing any business with this guy, no joke.
I was in the market for a website and i was contacted by Nathan Archer through Craigslist.  What a guy! His professional business can do exactly what i need for the price i want, yeah right!
This clown comes in a suit to ALL the meetings and tries so hard to seem professional and intelligent, when hes just a hoodlum from Brooklyn.
I gave him a deposit, a pretty good size, which was under a grant i had finally gotten after years of hard work, to spotlight my teens in positive activities. he goes on a vacation, blows deadlines, and says that he has a death in the fam. (MMM, i gave him a deposit, he goes on vacation....)  I sympathize, get him apologetic and look to proceed.  He sends me a mockup that an eight year old can draw with crayons and tries to push it off as the expected outline.  He will tell you what you want to hear and he will try and seem educated but it was at this point that i realized i had made a terrible mistake, but i had faith and....   he dissappears again! Blowing past newly established deadlines, mind you this is a timely grant that is now expired.
THIS GETS BETTER!!!
I do what every decent businessman looks to avoid. I sue him in small claims court, he shows...in his suit....AND GUESS WHAT!!! I WIN!!! I WIN!!!!  You think this is all?
This clown was supposed to pay me back my deposit within 30 days, the great justice system prevails, right? NOPE this deadbeat never paid me!
So...he robbed me, he robbed my nonprofit, he was ordered to pay me from the court, he spat in the face of lady justice....WHAT KIND OF SCUMBAG IS THIS?

YES i made a big mistake but please learn from my situation, dont let this guy get you, if he did THIS, what type of lowlife move will he do to you.

if you think this is a BS story, leave a rebuttle with an email and ill send u the papers!!!!
Karmas a b***h

This is nonsense!!

Let me say that Mr. Balducci that you know you changed the agreement in mid stream and we still wanted to service you. First let me apologize for my childish outburst. There is no need for it. I don't have to let your actions and words bring me down to a lower level. Yes, you did take me to court when you didn't have to take that action. You did not win anything, we settled and we settled on giving you back your deposit. Yes, I had 30 days to do so and I failed to do so. All this I will acknowledge. Did we robbed you? No, we did not. All I have to say to this matter is that you will receive a certified check via USPS (certified and registered) within 30 days. And at that time, let's see if you would man enough to post a retraction to rectify the issue. Now you can send me your address at my email address where you want the check to be sent to or I can send it the address of record.

Brooklyn in the house

AUTHOR: No_Bull - (USA)

Archer's attempts to paint himself as a victim here are laughable!

He's confirmed here in writing that he entered into a binding contract, agreed voluntarily on a price, agreed voluntarily to a change in the scope of work, did not perform the work, did not communicate with the client, was not reachable by the client, did not respond to a request for a refund due to his non-performance, did not behave ethically, breached the contract, was taken to court and received a just and fair hearing, was not found credible or justified in not returning the deposit, was found guilty, was ordered to make restitution, did not make restitution within the time-frame ordered by the court, is now in further breach of the court order and is now making a further oral promise to refund within 30 days.

Archer, if you had a track record it's over. The track is ended and you're headed off a cliff. You don't have a leg to stand on. You had your day in court and you lost. That's when this moved from being a business dispute to you being a thief and a criminal.

Pay the client back. Do it quickly. Do it quietly. You bigged yourself up. Now it's time to man up.

NYC Isn't telling the entire truth

AUTHOR: Nathan Archer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, February 27, 2010

NYC is such a lair and the story isn't truth. We had a business arraignment and we had an understanding about required services. We were requested by NYC to provide a list services that cost $5,000.00 for $2,500.  because we worked with exclusively with Non-Profits we attempted to offer the services for that price. Then NYC changed the game and wanted us to increase the services for the same price. In which I agreed to do so. However, after not being able to reach me for personal reasons, he fired us without notifications and when I contacted him, he attempted to threatened me and I responded back in kind.

I told him if he wanted a refund, he was required to put it in writing and he never made that request. Actually like a b***h, he ran to court. We went to court and he was awarded the return of his deposit. Due to the economic climate, our business has dropped by 80%. So we were not able to make the payment. Since, NYC is like a wanna be thug business, I know that reasonable conversation will not be effective. So to spare either his or my life, I choose not to communicate. However, now business has begun to pick up and you can bet that NYC will received the court award within 30 days.

Now I have been in business for 7years supporting non profits and smbs. I have an excellent record and have the proof to submit. So as the saying goes, you can satisfy some of the people at time but you can never satisfy everyone. I am not offended by NYC response. The same organization has the same thing done to them. So I am taking the bigger road.  I would have responded to this report when he first wrote it but I was just made aware of it by a family member. If you would Google me, you will see my record and it speaks for itself. Sorry Charlie don't hate nor lie like a low person.
