DO NOT hire this guy!! He agreed to take down my barn and pay cash for the material. Took him four months to show up after I sent pictures of the inside and outside of barn.  He said he could pay me $3000 for the material. Showed up 8/18 and took most of the barn down. He loaded a full load of excellent hand hewn beams and barn siding without paying me. He left a huge mess.

After numerous promises to come back and finish job, he showed up six weeks later. When I told him he needed to pay me $1500 for the load he took, he said he only agreed to take the barn down for the materials. After much dispute I called the Troopers. He left before they arrived. Unfortunely, I did not have anything in writing so it is a "he said; she said" situation. I am now left with cleaning up the mess he left. It is pretty sad that Nathan, who was raise Amish, would take advantage of a 70 year old widow. BEWARE of naything to do with this guy!
