Greg Flahive Wins Judgment Against Embezzling Ex Employee.
Greg Flahive won a jugdment against ex employee Nathanial Streich in a Sacramento County Courhouse recently. Nathanial Streich previously worked for Greg Flahive at his law firm as a legal assistant. Streich was responsible for various tasks including handling the accounts receivable for the law firm. In January 2012, Nathanial Streich (aka Nate Streich) told a law firm client to send him a western union money gram made payable to 'Nate Streich' for payment to the law firm. Once the client sent him the money gram payments totaling nearly $1,500, Streich disappeared with the embezzled funds. Greg Flahive reported the grand theft crime to Sacramento County Sheriffs Department. From January 2012 until 2014, Nate Streich has been on the lamb avoiding detection. However, it was later discovered that Streich is now working at a very large bankruptcy law firm in Sacramento as a paralegal. Greg Flahive then timely served Streich and obtained a civil judgment against him for the emebezzled funds.

Greg Flahive is still pursuing justice against Nathanial Streich (aka Nate Streich) for embezzling client law firm money. Greg Flahive is requesting that the bankruptcy courts deny Nate Streich from discharging the amount of money is owed to Greg Flahive due to the criminal acts committed by Nate. Greg Flahive has submitted proof of the crime to the bankruptcy trustee.

I have been working with Nate for almost 3 months now and though he is a human as you or I there is no trace of a Criminal Mind that I can see. I have been falsely accused and have pleas on my record that have not a shread of acuracy but they are there and this is not. No Disciplinary actions were taken against them and you would think as a victim decides smiling for the camera so many times struckin as he is. I can find no record of any complaint made against his license which you would think a victim would stop him from hurting others first and not showing party pictures displaying him being victimized.
Some people just need attention but slinging mud when you canceling back and it's permanent like this site is should be grounds for libel. The only negative comments I find on the entire net and I have spent a lot of time on this is the same hand throwing the same mud Word for Word. This and those pathetic pictures of this poor victimized person shows that he needs to lay off the Sephie's and get a real life and quit trying destroy others. Why would the man be employed by one of the largest firms in California if they didn't do a background check, hello!!!!!!!
I couldn't find a police record or court record and not even as sanctioned with the bar.

Nathanial R. Streich has declared bankruptcy after Greg Flahive obtains legal jugdment against him. Streich embezzled client funds from Greg Flahive's law firm. Now Nathanial Streich is working for Scott Sagaria (sagarialaw.com) located 2033 Gateway Place, Floor 5, San Jose CA 95110. Scott Sagaria (www.sagarialaw.com) is now employing a known criminal who has previously stolen client funds from prior law firm clients.
Nate Streich's bankruptcy case number is 14-31173-c-13c.
