Nathans Natural, LLC They charged my credit card for $89.89 although I hadn't ordered anything. Traverse City, Michigan

I looked on the internet for a natural supplement to reduce anxiety.  Found Vilift which seemed like it might work.  They had a trial offer of 60 capsules for $4.95.  I decided to try it so gave them my order.  It arrived in a few days.  Fine.  When I received my credit card statement, the $4.95 charge was on it BUT there was also a charge of $89.89.  Both charges were to Nathans Natural.  I had only ordered the trial offer and there was nothing said or inferred about other shipments or charges.

Being insensed, I called the customer service number, l-866-532-6964.  The person who answered heard my complaint, then said "we just take the orders, I will refer your complaint to Nathans Natural and they will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours".  That was last week---I have heard nothing from them.

I Googled "Nathans Natural Fraud" and learned this is their usual procedure.  There were many people with the same complaint.  Some had contacted the Better Business Bureau and found that the Bureau already had dozens of previous reports stating the same complaint.

I am trying to resolve this with the company; but so far have had no success.  How can we victims stop this company's unlawful credit card charges?
