Ordered acne treatment pantothen on January 3,2012 using Mastercard.
Immediately received e-mail indicating order had been processed and indicating a tracking number to follow progress of order.  Checked tracking number and noted my order was on "back-order".
Received a second e-mail not much later updating the status to shipped.

Checked tracking number the next day.  It still indicated "back order" so I sent an e-mail to inquire.  The e-mail was returned as undeliverable by hot mail postmaster.  I then called the toll free number and had the sales agent check.  She confirmed that it was indeed on back order but would be shipped shortly.

Checked tracking again the following day.  Again it indicated back-order.  I called again to cancel my order as my suspicions were growing.  The agent cancelled the order and said I would receive a confirmation e-mail of cancellation within minutes.   Called again that evening as e-mail had not arrived; another agent assured me it had been cancelled but he would cancel again to be sure.  He said the e-mail would arrive the next day.  It did not, so I sent another e-mail.  It too was returned as undeliverable.  I called again, and this agent said there was no record of the cancellation but she would do it.  I told her that unless I received notice of the cancellation or a refund on my credit card I would start a dispute proceeding.  She said she would deliver that message to her main office.

To date, January 13th, neither of these things have happened.  I believe Pantothen and Nathan's Naturals are one big scam and I have started a dispute proceeding with my Mastercard company.
