Nation Auto Transport Took a Senior's car and told her not to call his office again Miami Florida

Nation auto transport was recommended by my moving company.  I was in Arizona, moving to North Carolina.  I paid a deposit and my car was not picked up the day that was promised.  I had to stay in a hotel because I had sold my house. I had air reservation and I could contact anyone.  I called all night trying to get intouch with someone at the company. 

When I finally got someone, I was told to call the driver.  The driver told me to call Nation because he wasn't responsible for anything besides transporting my car.  I call Nation back and he said that my car should have been picked up.  After back and forth my car was picked up a day later. The driver told me that Nation auto transportation company doesn't have any trucks so they hire them to deliver their cars.

Nation promised to reimburse me for my extra expense of the hotel.  Later on, Nation said ask the driver to pay because he was a day late.  The driver's company said that they weren't responsible. My car was promised in 3-4 days.  I called on the 5th day and was told that it would be here tomorrow. It didn't come that next day or the next.  I call Richard at Nation and asked about my car.  He said not to call him back call the driver. 

Ten days later, my car arrived. I never got any money for my hotel or flight change.  The owners Randy and Mike wouldn't speak with me.  If they would treat a Mecedes in this manner, what would they do with a lessor car.

I employed Nation Auto transport to transport my car, they enlisted other people who they didn't have a relationship with and I was put in the middle to keep up with the driver.
