Nation Safe Drivers Denied claim based off the insured owner's opinion. No independent evaluation. Boca Raton Florida

I had my car towed to Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ six weeks (On Friday the 13th...of course right). When I got it back I noticed damage to the front of my Trailblazer SS. The dealer took it over to their body shop and said that Quik Pik Towing did the damage based on where and how it was located. I contacted my warranty company (Warranty Direct) and they started a claim with their insurance company (Nation Safe Drivers). NSD let the tow company's owner, Tom DiMarco come to my house to evaluate the damage. NSD allowed the tow company (Quik Pik Towing) that they underwrite for deny the claim based on their own evaluation (not a NSD or better yet an independent representative). Why would a company side against themselves? You should always have an independent evaluation of an incident. It took them six weeks to deny the claim as well. They knew they were at fault and chose to drag their feet hoping it would just "go away". All companies listed above are crooks.
