National National Action Financial Services ,NASF RUDE & CRIMINALS! Williamsville New York

My mother recieved a phone call from NASF looking for my phone number. She told them to leave their name and number and she would give it to me. I am in sales and work at a counter at my job and we are very busy. On top of that we are warned at staff meetings about phone calls, or face displinary actions!

I did get a minute at lunch and called NASF, I have never even heard of them, but called to see who they are. A man named Aaron, I guess that is how you spell his name, anyway he was the rudest person I have ever met! He said he was collecting a debt that I have with a well known computer company and wanted to know what I was going to do about $1800 and to pay now! I asked him how he got my mother's phone number, (because I do not give her number out, she is elderly).

Aaron called me a liar! I kept asking him how he got her phone number and he said, "I know everything there is about you, I know your driver's license, social security number, where you live, the vin# of your vehicles, he proceeded to spell out everyone I am in debt with down the line to a "T", I told him that who I owe and when I last paid them is none of his business and he said I know everything about you! Do you have any idea how scary that is! That has got to be against the law! He should not discuss anything with me other than my debt with him, I feel like I am being stalked.

I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor because he is rude and way out of line. While I was on hold, I had to hang up because customers were at the counter, and as soon as I did hang up the phone rang, and I always have to address myself as a salesman, and I said "this is scott", and without addressing themselves or anything and rudely, they said "what's wrong, you can't wait". I said excuse me, and they repeated themselves, I asked who it was, and this guy said "Yeah, what do you need" I said who is this???

He then said his name is Jeramy/Jeramie. I said yall are rude, I am not doing business with anyone like them, I want proof, I want something in writing, he said I mailed it to you already, I said I haven't received it yet then, (it was mailed 3 days before today), he said then you will get it Monday and I expect a call from you on Monday, you will have that letter.

I asked him to not call my mother, or me at work and I know my rights, he LAUGHED loud and said very rudely, said aparently I do not know anything at all, that he has been doing his job for years and he can call whoever he wants when he wants!!!!Who in the hell does he think, and why is he over the law?

I know my debts, and I am having serious hard times, with 2 of my childrens health problems, specialist, and monthly medications, I had to evacuate for the storm 1 1/2 yrs ago and it totally depleted my savings and I have been behind on some of my bills, and I have to pay what is important first, mortgage, car, dr. bills/med's, and a high light bill!

I am in the process of paying off the little things right now, so I am not a dead beat for being behind on my bills, I have made some payments, and before my bad luck streak I had great credit, I have always paid my bills, and so I don't need to be kicked when already down and experiencing a way of life I have never known until now!

NAFS ARE CRIMINALS AND NEED TO GO TO JAIL! I will never pay this debt through them, if the computer company wants their money I will deal with them!! JUST to let NAFS know, I am not a dead beat for taking care of what is most precious to me, my childrens monthly dr. specialist appt's and keeping them healthy!
