I was told that this health care plan would cover my children over age 18 even if they were not full-time students. The information packet was received very late and stated otherwise.

I was never told that this did not include major medical benefits. The flyer states;
Medical and Dental - Large PPO network Preferred pricing on both major and monor services.
Surgery Benefits - 100% of surgical schedule.
Hospitalization - Admission and daily confinement. ( Emergency room, ICU)

I had a hard time contacting the company but, finally was able to contact by phone, email, fax and also mailed a letter to cancel. Cancellation was supposed to be effective 12/27/07. As of Feb 27, 2008 they still have not cancelled or refunded.
