Hello,
We are a REO Property Preservation company in Tucson, AZ and wanted to inquire if anyone has contracted work with National Allied Preservation, LLC, 8871 W Flamingo Rd, Suite 202, Unit 8, Las Vegas, NV 89147 (702) 522-6791 as we provided services and materials from 12/3/10 through 1/13/11 with no payment; not one penny? Their explanation was they lost their contract from ALL YEAR Services, LLC (800) 516-1553 Ext 888 and contact information provided was legal representation by the name of Ian Christopher (702) 385-9094 (his Blackberry response was...the till is empty and they were suing Mr. A)? These companies are still conducting business, possibly at other's expense. It absolutely feels like a scam!

Amount Owed $2082.50, plus applicable fee, was sent to collection SURETY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, 6440 E Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85710, Account #3600488, dated 6/24/2011.

Hello,
This company has been in business since 2009. In 2011, Josh Sarchet (President) and Aaron Day (Vice President) withheld payment for their main vendor. That vendor also happened to be Aaron Day's company, which owed a large sum of money to 15-20 vendors. This money has yet to be paid to the vendor or it's subcontractors. They have since deleted their initial website, likely because of the complaints related to them. Their new website is allyearservices.com. The only listed contact is annie.oneill@allyearservices.com. She also happens to be the girlfriend of Aaron Day. Please be wary of this company and it's owners and operators.

Please note that while AYS may not owe Get It Ready LLC directly, AYS does owe NAP money for work rendered by NAP's vendors.
AYS refuses to pay what is owed.
Rather, Josh Sarchet would like to come to a negotiated deal to remit payment.
Josh Sarchet and Aaron Day of All Year Services have withheld payment of over 6 figures for more than 8 months. This is not right.
