National Alliance Of Associations National Alliance of Associations misrepresented an insurance company Turnersville New Jersey

I answered a fax advertisement for affordable health insurance. I was told by the "agent" when I enrolled that I could cancel before 30 days if not satisfied and receive my first month premium. When I received my enrollment package, it was not the product that I was led to believe. I contacted National Alliance of Associations with my cancellation request. They sent an e-mail acknowledging that they received the request and that my refund would be sent within 2-3 weeks. That time passed and I received no refund. Calls to their number leave you on hold for extended periods of time. I call every week and get a different person that pledges to refund my money. In the meantime another payment of $199 was deducted from my account. With help from the bank, I did receive that back but my initial $429 has never been refunded and I always get the run around when I finally get to talk with someone. This is definitely a fraudulent company and should never be allowed to operate in any state. The Attorney Generals of each state should take immediate action and refund all the monies.
