National Arbitration Forum has gone out of business. If a consumer has an arbitration matter being handled by the NAF acting as an administrator, most likely phone calls, emails or letters will not be answered. Apparently, Worth Right Solutions has taken over some of the NAF matters, but there has not been an official notification. Forth Right Solutions is owned by Michael Kelly and is based in Minneapolis. Kelly is or was the owner of NAF.
