Service Experts & Richard Law Group Lennox Industries, Lennox International, Lennox International's Service Experts and their counsel Richard Law Group are both irresponsible and unethical aided by the National Arbitration Forum Richardson, Texas

Service Experts purchased the interests of Pardee Services in Charleston, SC several years ago and changed the name of the local business to Service Experts fully dropping the name Pardee Services in the next short period of time. During this period the name www.PardeeServices.com was acquired by myself as a domain name investor. After several years of owning the name, it was listed in a group of former businesses in the Charleston area on a competing heating and air website inviting former clients of this company to come to the competitor.

Early in 2012 a "smart a**" lawyer from Dallas from the Richard Law Group wrote a threatening letter demanding the name be given over to Service Experts or legal action would be taken. A similarly smart a*s response was given suggesting that the name should have been acquired in the marketplace given that their client who still claimed an interest in the name had not bothered to register it while they were using the name in trade - it was then suggested that they make an offer for the name. Nonetheless, instead of making a simple offer, or a reasonable request for the name, they filed an action with ICANN's designated National Arbitration Forum out of Minneapolis MN (www.adrforum.com) as their arbitration firm. Once it was clear that these organizations have no interest in respecting the marketplace and the reasonable rights of ownership, in violation of their own terms - at a cost of thousands of dollars to Lennox International and Service Experts, the name was awarded by a bureaucrat through the National Arbitration Forum to Lennox International's Service Experts.

The amazing part of the whole thing is that any offer of $ 200. or more to reimburse costs incurred would have easily acquired/transferred the name as the company that was using it was - as evidenced in their own filings - out of business. As such, the Richard Law Group are thieves from their own clients - failing to fulfill their reasonable fiduciary responsibility to their clients, and Service Experts - who still no longer trade under the name, and never responded to several approaches in an attempt to settle for a reasonable amount of money - refused to even return calls or emails. They are therefore both irresponsible and unethical - not to mention simply foolish.

I am still requesting compensation for my out of pocket costs of $ 325.00 including legal fees.
