I work for National Assemblers Inc and since feb 2012 when morgan and morgan on the behalf of justin coopper filed a federal class action lawsuit against them for forceing employees to work more then 40 hours per week and not paying overtime, the company now has a new policy. you still must work more then 40 hours per week, you just can not write down your correct hours. If you work more then 40 hours per week they insist you only submit 40 hours to payroll or else you will be firied. Basically the new company policy is for you to falsify your time sheets, or else you get terminated. This company is nothing but a complete and total ripp off. i do not advise working for them or hiring them to do service work for you.

You should read what you’re rebutting before writing a blind answer. Overtime. Falsified timesheets. All true. Had nothing to do with tools. Don’t drink the kill aid. Answer directly or not at all.

National Assemblers Inc is not a scam. Work is entered by the assembler on our website daily. I have worked for the company for over 5 years and it is not a scam. They request you buy certain tools but they do not have to be purchased through the company! We offer it to make the purchase a little easier financially for the employee. If you choose to purchase them from us, why wouldn't we deduct the full ampount from your check? We gave you expensive tools. We have lost a lot of money from employees taking tools without paying.
Before you make false acusations, you should have called payroll directly. Regardless of what you wrote, if you were not able to purchase the tools on your own and needed a payment plan, maybe we would have arrragnged something to assist you.
