National Asset Advisors, LLC Doesnt pay property taxes after selling the home!!!! Irmo South Carolina

I purchased a home from National Asset Advisors in May 2011. I have paid every payment on time since purchase. A portion of the payment is for an escrow account in which the property taxes were to be paid by them. 

In  the mail today addressed to "occupant" was a notice from our county treasurer's office for a NOTICE OF PENDING FORFEITURE OF PROPERTY FOR UNPAID REAL PROPRRTY TAXES.  

After a call to the Treasurer's office, I discovered that the taxes had not been paid by them since 03/23/2011. In addition, I also learned that they are not listed as the owners and neither am I!!  NO DEED WAS EVER RECORDED AFTER THE SALE.  Fannie Mae is still the listed owner even though we purchased it from National Asset Advisors.

They are NOT answering ANY of their phone lines. NOT returning messages.  Absolutely NONE of their extensions are being answered.  

We have invested over $10,000 in our home to take it from a foreclosed on, vacant, in need of many repairs and remodeling house to a very updated, beautiful home that we ARE GOING TO NOW LOSE.  It is breaking my heart to write this.
