Dear Public as Large,

I would like to make clear that this person (Kimberlee Hanamura, Phone: (((REDACTED))) ecided to make an extremely vicious personal attack on the owner of this business simply for the reason that he kindly and respectfully opted out of doing business with her from the very beginning (declined to make an agreement with her to take over and be the new owner of her small claims court case that she offered him).  

Instead, as the author of a book that has sold tens of thousands of copies nationwide and where both the 1st and second edition non-exclusive rights have been purchased from him by a very reputable publisher (Thomas Investigative Publications, Inc.), he simply then VERY KINDLY AND NICELY offered her to take a look at his book instead, if she may be interested in trying to collect her court awarded judgment herself. That's exactly what his book teaches.  So her response was actually quite starling and even shocking.  She then decided to act like an evil wicked witch attacking him with pure false, misleading, and willfully intentional hurtful and damaging words to not only his personal character but to several other businesses he owns that I'm also a business associate of as well..

Sorry for the delay in getting back to your questions.  In all honesty, I normally am not interested in acquiring judgments that aren't at least 5,000 and above however, you some how motivated my interest.  Nonetheless, I've decided to pass on taking over this case although, you are still very welcome to explore my book Professional Judgment Recovery, 3rd Ed. at NAJRP.com - should you decide to collect on the case yourself.  Actually, once you obtain my course/book, it also comes with lifetime membership to NAJRP plus my personal assistance as a fellow member - anytime you may need it.

By the way, the book that he offered her to check out (very politely as you can read from his response email to her, is at the same website where she initially contacted him from by filling out the preliminary case form then submitting the form to him from that website for him to consider whether he wanted to get involved with that case or not.  It's NAJRP.com  As you can see, she is on a warpath to destroy his company and good name that he's built with over twenty years working throughout and as a licensed legal professional.  In fact, he's now also receiving spam ads in his email claiming that he's being notified of offers due to the new sign-up requests that he's made.... Gee I wonder WHO DID THAT TO HIM ALSO? 

Very simply, he opted out of entering into any agreement to do business with her right from the start before any agreement was finalized - she in turn, responded in her email to his (as shown above), and began shooting green pea soup from her mouth at him (in writing) - yes, just like The Exorcist..

I've also wrote her a letter to try to make sense of her incredibly evil and reckless behavior, and she responded very belligerently as she did with him.  Likewise, if anyone else has the very bad luck of meeting this very nasty female in any way- and received the same or similar reckless personal attacks of character as you can see in the defamation she seems to thrive on creating, please contact him or me both, as we are currently seeking both a civil and criminal case against her at this time and we'd be more than glad to serve as witnesses to her nasty and wicked behaviorisms and actions.

I can also assure you that the Jon goes the extra mile for his clients and treats each one as if they are a member of his own family, and as a personal friend.  Jon also carries himself with strong belief in Christianity and he is truly passionate about helping others any way that he can. He is also an expert and highly skilled private investigator that has helped me several times in the past with various legal issues and to verify and get good peace-of-mind of facts that I needed to have.  He is truly an amazing person and an outstanding private detective that I would absolutely recommend to anyone including my own family members.
