Jared Shafer Rips off National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse members. 
As another disillusioned past employee of Jared Shafer my conscience will not rest until I report what I believe to be one of the most despicable rip-offs in human history.   NASGA was founded to help victim families stop guardian abuse. Jared Shafer wants NASGA destroyed. This wonderful organization is doing a fantastic job in exposing guardian crimes against our vulnerable seniors.  Jared Shafer my former boss, a private guardian who is afraid of NASGAs increasing influence has been hiring people to pos as victims of guardian abuse, join NASGA under false identities, gain confidence of group members, and sell information they obtain from guardian victim families directly to attorneys who are fighting the families who oppose  guardian abuse.     Jared Shafer told me I enjoy making  suckers out of these self entitled NASGA wimps. Jared Shafer said it was his goal to destroy NASGA and ruin their credibility. Mr. Shafer while drinking at our office party said Ill have these NASGA people fighting with each other in no time.  Mr. Shafer was the former public guardian for Las Vegas. Shafer has devoted his life to increasing the power of guardians over families and estates. NASGAs increasing power has made him very angry.   On one occasion my boss was extremely happy because one guardian attorney located in Houston Texas  paid my boss $3,000 for advanced notice of a victim familys plan to fight against an abusive Florida guardian.  

 I can back up my statements because I wrote checks to the people Jared Shafer hired to be false victims and infiltrate the NASGA group.  The names of these fifth columnists are listed below.
Patience Bristol, a 36 year old Shafer employee single mother who joined NASGA as a 55 year old daughter whose mother was abused by a guardian. Claire Shafer, his wife who created three victim identities and is currently in communication with several NASGA member victims.  Danica Csukor Mr. Shafers daughter who is following in her mothers footsteps by posing as a guardian victim.   Jon Norheim an attorney for a Las Vegas mob figure who claimed his father was starved to death by a Utah guardian.  Patricia Trent a family law attorney who represents Jared Shafer who said her uncle is in guardian trouble and needs help from NASGA members.   Alan Freer another Shafer attorney who joined NASGA under two different names and accounts.  Mr. Freer said to me playing a guardian victim is better than sex.  Julie C Arnold from the Senior citizens Law Project backed by Jared Shafer  said her parents were harmed by a guardian and wants to help other victims.  Carol Kingman a Shafer payroll attorney who also represents   the Las Vegas Senior Citizens Law Project who joined NASGA under an identity of a care giver who witnessed guardian abuse.  Holly K Montano who said her uncle was seriously harmed by a guardian. Elyse Tyrell an attorney who hired two bloggers to join NASGA for the purpose of splitting the group into factions.      

 While working for Jared Shafer I witnessed his day to day activities.  The NASGA project, which Shafer named his best rip-off was Shafers favorite task.  When we spoke of what Patience Bristol called the Victims Rose parade.  Jared Shafer would chuckle when he heard stories about a person being abused by a guardian. 

 As I look back upon my wasted years with this sociopathic criminal, I know it was a character flaw, which prevented me from leaving his employment.  The information about Shafers activities has been turned over to the Las Vegas police who call it a civil matter.  The Nevada attorney general has my information, but my complaint has been sitting on her desk for two months.  Im still awaiting a response.  The FBI and the GAO have been notified.  As of this report Jared Shafers guardian abuse is out of control.

 Ive worked for Mr. Shafer for many years and believe he is backed up by someone in Nevada who has great power.  This person remains in the background, but when Jared Shafer has a problem, he leaves the office for several hours.  When he returns the problem is miraculously solved.  Mr. Shafer was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder/OCD by two forensic psychiatrists when he had his serious breakdown during the time of the Nevada State ethics investigation against him in 2004 for conflict of interest.    the information about this investigation  can be found online. It makes very interesting reading. As a symptom of his mental illness,  Jared Shafer picks his face in public and uses a rubber band to attempt to control this impulse. The rubber band has not proven successful in stopping this antisocial behavior.  In court Jon Norheim has remarked that he doesnt look in Shafers direction because he is picking his nose or eating the scabs off of his scalp.  This behavior has been displayed in the Las Vegas Family court for 32 years, but Shafer is allowed to practice as a licensed guardian even though he has been documented as  having impaired judgment resulting from his medication and mental illness. Patience Bristol acts as Mr. Shafers public face because he cant work with the families the court assigns him.  Someone is pulling the strings so this puppet can function.  At some point we will learn the identity of the person who has profited from Shafers extreme cruelty. 

Mr. Shafer owns over 20 pieces of commercial property in Las Vegas.  Readers who are interested can find evidence of Shafers ill-gotten wealth in the Clark county records.  I end this report with a series of questions.  How can a public servant earning a salary at the bottom of the middle class range of $65,000 own over ten million dollars worth of property?  Who is helping this mentally sick individual acquire large amounts of Clark Countys valuable real estate? Who is that powerful person that covers for Mr. Shafers mistakes?  Why has Judge Chuck Hoskin said in public I have to grant Mr. Shafer what he wants so I can live in this town?  Many questions have been asked, but as usual when a rip-off conspiracy of this type occurs few answers are available.  The lack of transparency is the key to most crimes and the Las Vegas Family court is under the grips of a force, which is very dark and sinister. Unfortunately countless innocent seniors are dying in a horrible manner at the hands of corrupt Las Vegas guardians working under the yoke of Jared E. Shafer.
