This company is owned by Joseph Roach. From the stupid secretary that answers the phone to the customer service reps, this company is a full blown scam. The reason why I know this is because I work for this company, but after today I will leave this city, but my plans are to help start a class action against joe roach.
Now to give details on this company not only has the cars scam,but they do long distance service, and they do service for verizon, bellsouth,and att. This company hires people who have experience in strong sales and have good voices. The customer service of national auto shopper is 2 people who are told that the are not to give your money back.
The package of $499 pays joe and the representative that called you. Joseph buys leads and these people call people like the bank gave them some information and the are trying to help you sell your car.NO Way .The person that calls you knows very little about your car. They work on straight commision!!!
