National Bank Monitor Scam Gilbert, Arizona

We were contacted by phone and told that they had investors who were willing to consolidate our high interest debt into a single, lower interest rate credit line. After my wife gave them a detailed list of our creditors to a man named Nick Lewis. They 'promised' to save us at least $5000 in interest or they would refund the $1498 fee that they charged us on a credit card. The terms of the refund were that we would have 14 days from the date of receiving the offer of the credit lines to either accept what they were offering or receive the refunds...but there were no guarantees that they would be able to provide the credit lines. They took the time to record my wife's voice saying she understood those terms.
We received a poorly put together package that simply showed ways to re-structure our payments, including ALL of our debt, including our real estate debt, which was never part of our conversations. The obvious reason to include our real estate debt is that it is much easier to reduce interest paid when you have a lot more debt to work with. I am a 40 year finance professional and did not need an amateurish attempt at debt restructure to show me how to save interest.
I immediately contacted the company and demanded a refund and was told that it would not be happening because they showed us how to save over the $5000 they promised.

This is an obvious scam. I left a message for the Owner, Gino Niccoli, to call me and I will be glad to retract this negative review when I get my refund. If I do not, my attorneys will be merciless.
