DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PETE ESTEP, PENNY BAKER, OR NATIONAL BANKCARD SYSTEMS, THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS AND DO NOT CARE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THIS IS THEIR FAULT.
The CEO/Owner of National Bankcard Systems, Penny Baker, retained the services from our company to design a website. We sent an invoice for $450 for the website, which is 85% completed and all we are waiting on is to add the content and text for the site, about 1-2 hours work left. We sent emails to the owner with invoice attached 5 MONTHS AGO requesting the final content so we can pay our employees for the work we performed.
I have also contacted Pete Estep, President, National Bankcard Systems, and his response was it was not his problem and his overall attitude is he does not care and is not his problem.
I have called over 30 times the last 5 months, left voice mails and dozens of emails and he does not answer the phone or return my phone calls or respond to my emails. I have an outstanding invoice of $450 that needs to be paid from a project that is over 5 months old now. Penny did call me back 2 times the last 2-3 weeks but he called back after hours, and when I did return his phone calls, he never answers his phone or responds to my emails.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PETE ESTEP, PENNY BAKER, OR NATIONAL BANKCARD SYSTEMS, THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS AND DO NOT CARE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THIS IS THEIR FAULT.

THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL
AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

This account has been paid in full to our complete satisfaction.
This account has nothing to do with National Bankcard Systems and was a personal project for Penny Baker and did not involve National Bankcard systems. It was our mistake to include National Bankcard Systems as this personal project had nothing to do with the company.

#2 UPDATE Employee
The work done was not for National Bankcard Systems
AUTHOR: Jamie - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, June 26, 2007
While I sympathize with Mr. Robert, whatever work was done had nothing to do with National Bankcard Systems (NBS). At no time was this work ever for NBS, nor did NBS know about it, nor did NBS enter into any contract with Mr Hendrix.
NBS is a corporation with multiple owners, and whatever work was done was a private matter and did not involve NBS. This complaint should never have been filed because it has nothing to do with the company NBS. The person the work was done for may have an affiliation with NBS, but that doesn't make NBS responsible for it strictly by default.
Mr Robert needs to take these matters up directly with Mr. Baker, as NBS is not responsible for work that was performed in a private agreement.
