This company pretends to offer full coverage health insurance but what they are selling is an indemnity policy that they will tell you is the same thing.  During the process of getting the information from them, which is a very high pressure sales pitch, I was looking them up on the internet.  During the transaction, I stopped them, told them I did not want the policy because it is not what I am looking for.  They had already gotten my credit card information and they put the charge through even though I told them "I absolutely do not want this policy, do not charge my card!"

Once I saw the charge pending, I called them to get it removed immediately speaking to a manager by the name of "Annabelle."  She told me she would have it removed and call me.  I never heard back from her.  I have also contacted their management office, and they tell me they will never refund the entire amount, even if it was not authorized, they will keep $100.00.

Now I have had to cancel my debit card, file a complaint with Chase Bank, and file complaints with the Insurance Commissioner, the Attorney General's office, and the Consumer Protection Agency.

Please ALWAYS do your research as a consumer. When you are looking for health insurance, do NOT expect to pay $100-$200 per month on a health insurance policy. You HAVE to have common sense and realize there is NO SUCH thing as "cheap" health insurance, and if there was, well you get what you pay for. Research the company on google too. Whenever you type in "health insurance" on your search engine and enter your info into websites that request it, expect to be called by crooks like these to scam you for your money. Always go the route of a known source, i.e. BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, etc. If this was a company you have NEVER even heard of as an insurance company, that should have been your first red flag. I feel sorry that you had to go through this but never give your personal or bank info to ANYONE and KNOW what you're buying into.
