National Business Information Exchange (NBIE) rip-off Chesapeake Beach Maryland

This company called our office, misrepresented themselves to an employee who has no authorization to order anything. Confused the employee into thinking he was ordering something that had been previously approved, then mailed out a CD rom that does nothing. The CD is a listing of business names, addresses and phones numbers. All of which you can get from the internet or yellow pages.

Then when it came time to return the bogus CD they want to charge us $124.50 for our business being listed on their worthless product.

ANY company who has to record their phone conversations, be AWARE, they have obviously been sued. Also, any company who will not allow a company to return a product that was ilegally purchased is a RIP-OFF.

ANYONE who has been burned, call your BBB and maybe we can get this company shut down.
