National Carpet Care, Inc. National Carpet Care of Duval Inc. Please read before hiring this company!!! Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Florida

Never in my life have a dealt with a company that treats its customers the way this company does. I was applaud at the way the OWNER...the OWNERRR.. spoke to me. I was screamed at, cursed at, and hung up on... simply because I was making a complaint about the quality of their services. I was reasonably....very nicely (at first) asking for some sort of refund - even $25 - because I felt the $105 I paid to have my carpets cleaned was ABSOLUTELY not worth it. You can rent a rug doctor from Publix or Home Depot and get the same results -  for half the price. 

After getting NO WHERE with the woman in the office or the owner... NO refund, No credit towards future cleanings, nothing!!!! I decided to let them come back and do a "resurface cleaning" which is the only thing they would offer me. My appointment time was between 2-4 pm. When 5 oclock came and there was STILL no technician at my house, I called to see what was going on.  I was told that he was behind and would be there shortly. Ok thats fine...a phone call would have been nice but whatever. An hour later, still no technician at my house, I called and again tried to get some sort of refund. It is now 6oclock at night, I have 2 young children whom I need to get ready for bed...and are going to need to SLEEP in their rooms where everything is put up and prepared for this cleaning. I was screamed at, cursed at, disrespected then hung up on. 20 minutes later, still no technician at my house, I called the company back again only to be told that they had dispatched him somewhere else. Again, a phone call would have been nice!!!!!!!!

Bottom line is that that company can come on here and try and defend themselves at much as they want, play innocent as much as they want, and try to blame everything on the customer...but when there are multiple reviews, all stating very similar complaints - you have to know there is something wrong. Honestly, I dont know how they are still in business. Their lack of customer service is unbelievable!!! You dont curse at your customers.  You dont scream at and disrespect yours customers. You dont hang up on your customers. And being in customer service, you at least TRYYY to make your customers happy. THIS COMPANY DOESS NOOOOOT DO THAT!! I will NEVER use them again. I will NEVER refer them to ANYONE. I will tell EVERYONE who is looking or asking for carpet cleaning company NOTTTT to use them. Please steer clear of them. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go with someone else!
