National Cellular Owner Association Inc i purchase a blackberry 8310 with protection fee and is being decline a replacement after they told me they would give me a phone if it was stolen Internet

on 7/16/08 i purchase a blackberry curve 8310 for $74.99 and a handset protection fee for $49.99 from a company on the web call wirefly associated with these crooks called national cellular owners association i was told by the representive that my phone will be covered for theft and on 9/25/08 i reported to the ncoa about my request for service and was told by them that i was denied for warranty when i clearly have a sales receipt stating that i paid for the protection fee

now these scandrils have a phone line set up that does not allow u to speak to someone so i've been e mailing them for the past months about this situation and got back nothing i have four kids and a home mortgage to pay and can hardly put food on the table i please beg you for assistance in this matter i dont know what else to do i was told by a friend to contact you that you people follow through please please help me this is why i wont ever purchase anything in the internet for the rest of my life.
