National Cellular Owner's Association, NCOA Ripoff Cell phone Insurance Fraud Boca Raton Florida

NCOA-National Cellular Owner's Association, was offered by A1 Wireless as our insurance provider. Upon loss NCOA has ignored our calls, has no business structure to respond to public, refuses to have customer service personnel to talk to the public and recently decided to do a "catch 22" of choosing words to identify loss and subsequently deny claims. This is the same Insurance Fraud seen already in auto and home insurances. Below is our letter to them dated March 2005. A1 Wireless has assumed no responsibility and has acted just as awful as this Cellular Insurance provider. If we do not receive an acceptable response we will add A1 Wireless to the claim.

Customer Affairs Manager,

We received your "negligence" for denial letter with surprise. We told your representative it was stolen, but when sending claim my wife sent in the synopsis of events that lead to the phones loss. But it was not negligence it is "stolen" as per the enclosed police report dated 3/2/05. If you should need to talk to the Investigative Officer at location he will offer additional testimony. We expect this to clarify this misunderstanding and that a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. I included the two police reports, statement demonstrating Insurance payment in full and denial letter.
