National Choice ripoff Altamonte Springs Florida

As of february 2006 received a call from National Choice about a possibility of qualifying for a grant money. Since then I have been waiting for the package they told me they were going to send with all the information. All I needed to do was fill them out and return it to them, I never received the package, and they deducted 314.00 out of my account.

When I realized they had taken 314.00 out of my account I called to cancel thiking that this money was for health insurance that they also offered. I thought they were only supposed to deduct $59.99 to pay for fees, etc, etc.

I called about 10 times if not more than that, to question them about this packag.,Kkept telling me I had to wait, because they could'nt refund my money back unless I didn't qualify for the grant money.

After hearing the same answer over and over again I asked to speak to a representative who said she had filed a lost form with USPS to try to track this package. Now I call and I get a message saying that I have to call 1-877-429-5449 if I have questions about a refund or a check to leave a detailed message. I don't even get a customer service rep. when I call. I attempted to call this person 3-4 times in less than a week. Still haven't heard from them.

All I would like is my money back. We have a baby on the way. We could be using that money for other important things.
