Well, this has to be the most unprofessional institution that I have ever come across.

First, they charge an outrageous fee for nothing. E.G. There are multipule NSF fees (Non-Sufficient Funds) when there was obviously enough funds in the account to begin with.

Second, they list a number of "pending" charges, none of which are identified with any sort of discription, then the next day, they erase them from the statement.

They hold deposits until your account is in a negative balance so they can charge you a NSF fee, then insert the deposit.

When you get your Account Activity, they "seem" to organize them all by date, but when you look at your statement, they are in a different order, but are still arranged by date. Does that confuse anyone else?

They do not give you enough information regarding your account, because all of the information they do give you is all unorganized in such a way, it is impossible to make any sense of it without sitting there for at least 2 days sorting it all out.

Finally, I have contacted them twice asking them 4 simple questions regarding the way they do business, all to no avail.

I would suggest that you look into their history before deciding to trust your money with them.

NSF fees hit your account the business day after the charge is presented

AUTHOR: Eryn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 19, 2005

NSF fees hit your account the business day after the charge is presented. So for example, if you made a deposit on Friday night it won't technically post to your account til Monday. At the same time if a payee presents a debit on Friday and your deposit hasn't posted to your available balance at that time, you are going to see an NSF fee for that item on your account the following business day, Monday.

Pending activity listed on the phone system will just say "pending debit in the amount of $xx.xx" but if you go online it often gives a description. And the reason they arrange the statements in such a way is law. They can't give a print out detailing your daily balances through the month, which sucks, but it is true. This however, is also viewable online.
