Commonwealth, National City Mortgage, Jeramy Patton Construction Loan Dept Age discrimination and unfair trade practice to get me to take my application elsewhere lied to us Miamisburg Ohio

I made application on April 24, 2002 and fedexed the documents asked for on May 5. The loan process was delayed by petty requests for information already submitted in another format.

Underwriting would ask for an item or explaination and set the application aside until that information was recieved. The normal practice for underwriting is to approve a package subject to a list of items being acted on. This loan closed on July 11, 2002.

From that date it took 3 1/2 weeks to get the package to the construction loan dept. The processor assigned was Jeramy Patton. Mr. Patton is to release funds from the loan amount to pay for construction after work has been completed. I requested $85000.00 July 26, 2002, for completed work. He has made numerous promises he would release $49000.00 for payment of a log package for the home that was paid out of my pocket with the rest to follow in a few days. As of August 19,02, I have not received any funds and cannot get anyone to answer a phone when I call.
