I contacted this company who sold products to an 87 year old man. I requested copies of all invoices, proof of delievery and all refund or charge transactions. The bait and switch and the outrageous prices they charged for their products. The company was contacted by my office www.uspi.org on several occasions and we also sent them a fedex letter they had to sign for and the company ignores valid requests via mail or telephone. This company in our opinion is targeting the elderly population and charging outrageous prices for their product through pressure salesman and then ignores repeated requests after the proper documentation has been provided to them.
