This company offers IT "Certifications". You can test online and when you pass the test you become "certified". You can then pay $30 to have them mail you your paper "certifications" or you can pay a one time membership fee of $99 and receive unlimited "certifications".

First off the "certifications" from this company are worthless. They will not help you get a job and they are defintely not recognized in the IT field. However that is not even my issue with this company. My issue is that I opted to pay the $99 fee and join their premier membership. I then proceeded to take multiple tests and became "certified". The site states that they mail your certifications within three days of passing a test. However after a month I still have not received my certifications.

I tried contacting the number given for the company on the website and after over 20 calls at various times of day I never reached anyone. I then tried e-mailing the company and much to my surprise I received a response. In the response they apologized and told me that my certifications would arrive soon and gave me a day to expect them. They told me to contact them if they had not arrived. The day came and went and I received nothing. I then emailed the company again demanding a refund and of course this time did not receive a response.
