One day I received a call from a sales rep that was offering me a guaranteed Visa card w/ a $500 credit limit. They said I needed to pay the $129.95 application & processing fee, which was debited from my checking account. Then, once that payment was made, they would issue the credit card. They said to allow 20 business days to process & have a card issued.

What I received today (9/12/2007) was a booklet titled: NATIONAL CONSUMER SERVICES, (There was both a Visa & MasterCard logo on the front cover) CREDIT FOR YOU & YOUR FAMILY ENJOY, THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A VISA AND MASTERCARD! There was even pictures of families on the front.

The 1st page in the booklet has a Guarantee*: You will receive up to $5,000 in credit or your fees will be refunded. Our 60-day money back re-fund policy is that you will be refunded, when you have been denied credit from any three (3) of the listed credit card sources. Simply send three (3) denial letters along with a written request for a refund to the address at the left. We will also need a copy of your current bank statement that lists the fee paid to National Consumer Services.

This book chapters like 'What Is Credit?' 'What Are Credit Bureau's?' 'What Is In A Credit Report?'...Simple Minded Stuff!

My story is exactly the same as all these other people that have dealt w/ National Consumer Services.

National Consumer Services Shouldn't be allowed to keep this scam up as if it's not a crime! There has to be a Law Enforcement Organization that is willing to go after these crooks who is operating as if they are above the law!

Why should anyone else have to suffer a financial loss from these low-life thieves! Hasn't they had their 15 minutes of shame? What is the reason to have laws, and Law Enforcement if there isn't going to be any closure?
