When I emailed them to cancell in September they did not.When I called to cancell they put me on hold for 29 minutes.When I called again they said only certain people could do that for me and they were gone for the day.... I have already been billed two more times than I wanted and I've received no service to speak of yes it's a scam...a kind and gentle one but scam to be sure
