National Credit Care they have a 'routine' they pull on you to prevent you from cancelling your service. They put you on hold while supposedly transferring you to billing dept.. and you're on hold indefinitely.. they refuse to ackowledge emails to cancel accounts. There are 59 complaints on bbb site to this same effect. Nationwide

They have a routine of putting you on hold indefinitely and having a customer service person ask you questions etc etc when you try to cancel your account. Have sent numerous email requests to cancel my account which are not answered. CSR tells me that she has to transfer me to biling where I wait on hold 25 minutes, 12 minutes, 6 minutes etc etc.. never reaching anyone... they call back the next day and claim somehow it was my fault the call was disconnected. There are 55+ customer complaints all saying this same thing regarding the impossibility/ run-around when customers attempt to cancel their service, along with customers being billed on their credit cards past time of their request to cancel. This company is a scam. Avoid.
