National Credit Investigation Bureau Out for Money. Nationwide

 I keep receiving a call from a man claimingto be "Agent Raymond Scott" from National Credit Investigation Bureau from phone number: 813-515-1709. He claims to have a crime case on my name and social security number. How he retreive the informaiton is unknown to me. I have registed with the  credit bureau for idenity theft plus filed a case with the FBI scam unit. Mr. Scott and his supervior keeps calling even after I have asked him to stop call me;yesterday on 8/29/2013 he called my job 15 times and my cells phone 5. He will give no information only asked for my supervisor's number and a fax number. He claims to have no mailing information. Seeking money for $4,000.00 dollars in some type of crime case scam.

Need any help to catch and put these people in jail under Federal law.
