National Credit Report.com Free Trial Membership Dallas Texas

 I signed up with National Credit Report on 12/18/13 and received my free report. My trial membership expired on 12/25/13. I called them on 12/24/13 at 12:25 pm to cancel and heard a recording stating that they were closed. Since the 25th was a holiday, I recalled on 12/26/13 at 11:15 am and talked to Autumn. She told that my trial period had expired and my credit card was charged $29.95. She did agree to submit a refund request. On 12/27/13, I received an email stating that my refund had been refused.

I don't believe I should have been charged because I called in the allotted time and they were closed.
