National Credit Solution BMG National Credit Solution Put information saying you owe - distroyed my credit it's a sham Oklahoima city, Oklahoma

In talking to Experian via the phone - There is nothing they can do but ask for proof it's my bill! I have you will read below sent two letters to NCS to the address below to proof to me that this is my bill! Nothing as of yet from them!

I was told by all three Credit reporting agents I have to file with them and NCS and wait 30 to 45 days! If then they do not proof I owe the bill it can be taken off!

I have filed and to me it's a sham to distroy ones credit over a CD they say I in my case bought in 2004 - I hope we all can get someone to help us put an end to this as NCS is doing this and it's wrong and BMG is giving them the names or someone is making up names and address! I was told by NCS they do not need anything but a name and address to place a neg report on your credit!

It's wrong and I will go down fighting over this fake bill I never got!

I have received NO U S Mail from this company BMG or National Credit Solutions:
I called them to ask for proof - In my call they said I bought Music back in 2003 - then changed it to 2005 -
Then changed it again to say January 2010 -
I have not bought music on line NEVER:
 
They do not have proof I order a CD from BMG and said they will not send proof but will keep it in collections!
 
This is not right that any one can just add a collections to any ones credit report with out proof and keep changing dates when
this was to happen! I was told all they need is a name and address to file a bad credit report!
This company Ncs is reported to the BBB in Oklahoma city and has a rateing of poor - NCS tells me pay or they will keep adding money to the credit reporting company's

I have sent two letters to NCR asking for proof -
 
This is fraud - NCS has many complantes on them - I am waiting for my proof!

I am a Veteran on a fixed income and worked very hard to keep my credit in good shape! My credit score cause of NCS
has gone from a score of 743 to below 600 cause of there posting on my credit reports! I was buying a house but now
I was told I owed money to BMG and needed to clear it up or louse out on the house!
 
I am asking for proof and to have this removed from my credit report A S A P:
