National Credit Systems Unethical & illegal debt collection Atlanta Georgia

This company (National Credit Systems, Inc.) is attempting to collect a debt without providing proper documentation - in direct violation of the FTC Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. On top of that, when I refused to give them my address, and suggested that since they had my phone number they should use a reverse directory, I was told "I'm not going to go to that much trouble."
I don't pay without knowing what I'm paying for and who's trying to get it. If it goes on my credit history, I'll deal with that when it happens. But these people came at me like attack dogs -- when I had heard NOTHING from the original company wanting the money...and no prior word from NCS either.
