National Cycle Terrible Return Policy Maywood Illinois

National Cycle makes the usual claims for their motorcycle windshields just as all other windshield manufactures do.  Theirs are probably no better or worse than the others, just typical BS performance claims.  In my case the windshield didn't live up to their claim so I inquired about returning it.  No problem, just had to be in new condition and I had to pay return shipping.  Fair enough.  Then I asked them to provide a return shipping label which they, as the original shipper,  can obtain at a discount and deduct the charge from my reimbursement.  I was basically told that they didn't bother with that sort of thing.  I can't think of another time that I was refused such a request.  As a result, my cheapest return option for a $215 windshield was $48.  F- for customer service and No Mas for me.  

If, you decide to order from these people, be sure you intend to keep whatever you buy from them.
