I placed an order on Sunday Oct 15th 2009. I placed a trouble ticket on their website because the order status still said "Processing" after Monday Oct 23 2009 but have received no response to date.
The order arrived today Friday Oct 27 2009. Total Value of the order was for $93.
They indicated that many of the items were out of stock and that i would be refunded, But there were several items that they indicated by handwriting on the shipping list that WERE in the shipped merchandise that was not. Total items that were said to be shipped that were not 5 including the largest item said to be in the box. Half of the rest of the order was indicated to be out of stock. At no time did I receive any communication leading me to believe that they were having any problems; Or that they were not going to be able to accommodate any of the order. I can't even find a valid phone number for these guys and they are not answering any of the submitted trouble tickets. Do not order from these Thieves. If anyone has any luck with them I'de love to know how to get a hold of them. Email, Phone, Throat, anything.
And they have not refunded any of the money that they said that they were going too...
