National Dealer Warranty Service Owner Jason Gacia False, Fake, Fhony! BAD Customer Service and the Warranty like most warranties suck! Mission Viejo California

I brought an extended warranty from NDWS for about $2600.00, I put $300.00 down as a down payment. Long story short I receive there package sat down and read the whole book. it was not what I expected, everything they covered they found away not to cover base on the fact they don't cover small components that may cause a major problem like an engine or trans. It didn't make any since. I figure if my engine goes up I'm paying for a warranty, well fix it, but they don't cover a lot of things and its not like I call them they call me...

moving on, I cancel my contract with the intention of a refund, meaning I didn't use the warranty so I'm entitled to a refund or prorated charge after 30 or 60 days. well I canceled within 30 days expecting a full refund. I call the sales rep I did business with and he was nasty about me canceling the contract and told me he wasn't in the office after we went back and forth as to why I wanted to cancel and told me to call back Monday.

Well needless to say he or no one else ever pick up the phone or returned any of my calls he didn't even cancel the contract like I requested. they charged my account an installment fee the next month .the whole time I'm trying to get in contact with the rep my account was still open and I didn't sign up for auto payment but he did it without my consent and now I'm fighting for 2 refund payments.

I have about 5 different numbers and no one is picking up I wouldn't deal with this shady company if I were you, I reported them to the BBB and come to find out they were using the BBB as a logo and they weren't assoicated with them they are known for bad business and I'm still trying to get my funds and I will!
